The Ridge is a gated townhome community in Vancouver, WA, built by Masterpiece Homes LLC. We handled the permits with the City of Vancouver: an individual residential permit for each of the 24 lots, across both phases, plus a permit for the entry gate.

What we handled
- A separate residential permit for every lot, 1 through 24. The units are attached, but each lot was permitted on its own.

- About half of the lots are nearly built, and a few homes are finished.
