What we collect

When you use the quote or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, the project address, jurisdiction, project type, a project description, and any files or share links you choose to send.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare a quote, and, if you hire us, to coordinate your permit. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by PermitNorth and, when your project needs them, the designers, engineers or other professionals we coordinate on your behalf. Permit applications are filed with the city or county that reviews your project, and become part of that jurisdiction's records under its own rules.

Your files

Files you upload are stored with access limited to PermitNorth and used only for your project. Let us know if you want files deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it to complete work you have hired us for.
